March 7th, 2009 in Kaunas the magazine „Geras Skonis“ organized "The Good Taste" banquet competition where the restaurant "Steak House Helios“ won the first place.
 
The restaurant "Steak House Helios“ team of the chef Honorata Lyndo and the cook Jeanne Gurinovič has prepared five dishes:
 
• Salted with honey salmon, crispy envelope with fennel jam and soy jelly
• Duck liver crème brûlée with fig jam, mango and pineapple puree and almonds
• Parmesan cheese Panna Cotta with prawns, pesto and olive jelly
• Parsnips and pumpkin cream with mushroom caviar
• Truffle and chocolate mousse cake decorated with silver crisps.  
 
During the competition there were judged not only the taste of dishes but also the complexity of making dishes, the aesthetics of dishes and the general table image.
